To Backup your site from ISPC follow the steps below:
Step 1	You should first enter Friktoria's control panel. On the homepage of Friktoria and specifically on the main menu select “Login” -> ”My Friktoria (CRM)" -> "Client Area”. Then select “Services”, click on the green arrow on the web hosting service, on the next page click on “Control panel login” and use the information given in “Entry details”.
Step 2	On the control panel select from the main menu the tab “Sites” and enter the site which already exists.
Step 3	Then select the last tab “Backup”. On the “Backup interval” set the frequency of the desired back up, on “Number of backup copies” set the numbers of backups you want to receive in the time interval you set before. The field “Excluded Directories” is used only when you want to exclude a folder from backup otherwise you leave it blank. Finally you click on “Save”.
