How can I transfer a website to web hosting that I have purchased from Friktoria?

After you have purchased the hosting package you prefer,  in order to transfer your website to Friktoria follow the steps below:

Step 1 First of all you should download the base and all files of your site from the old server.
Step 2 Then enter Friktoria's control panel.On the homepage of Friktoria and specifically in the main menu click “Login” -> ”My Friktoria (CRM)" -> "Client Area” . Select “Services”, click the green arrow in web-hosting service, on the next page click “Control Panel Login” and use the information found in "Details of entry".
Step 3 As long as you enter Friktoria's control panel select the DNS tab to create the DNS zone. From the left menu select “Add DNS-Zone”. On the page that opens choose the desired email template. Under “Domain” enter your domain name and click “Create DNS-record”. Enter the DNS Zone you created. In fields “Allow zone transfers to these Ips” and "Also Notify" fill the Primary and Secondary Ip of server separating them by a comma, and then choose "Save". Enter the DNS Zone you created. In fields "Allow zone transfers to these IPs" and "Also Notify" fill the Primary and Secondary Ip of server separating them by a comma, and then choose "Save''.
  TIP  About email templates.
  • No email configuration = Use it if you do not want to accommodate an email to this DNS zone.
  • Local mail Server = Use it if you want to open an email account on the server that is also hosting your website.
  • Google mail Account = Use it if you want to receive emails from google in the particular domain name.
  • Default (Main Setup) you must know what to do = Use it when you want to make specific arrangements yourself.
In order to fill the demanded IPs please open a ticket so as we can send them to you.
Step 4 From main menu enter “Sites” and select “Add new website”. There enter your domain name, give to “Harddisk Quota” as much space as you need for your site according to your hosting package, enable the statistics that server gives you for your site by going to the tab “Statistics” and finally enable your backup by going to the tab “Backup”. Complete the process by clicking “Save”.
Step 5 From the left menu select “Database Users” and then “Add new Database User”.
  TIP  Your username should start with _ (underscore) in Database user (e.g._username).
Step 6 From the left menu select “Databases” and then “Add new Database”. In the new tab that is going to open select your site, fill the “Database name” which you created before, select “Database User” and click “Save”.
  TIP  Database name should start with _ (underscore) (e.g._databasename).
Step 7 From the left menu select “FTP-accounts” and “Add new FTP-User”. Set a username and a password and keep them in order to use them in the FTP client program which you are going to install on your computer.
  TIP 
  • You could install one FTP client program (e.g. Filezilla).
  • As long as you install the FTP client program you should transfer your website's files to Web folder.
  • In case there is lack of technical skills or you don't want to transfer your site, Friktoria's technical support can do it for you. You just have to forward us by ticket the direction of the control panel of the previous provider, your username and password.
