Maintenance Notification for 'St. Louis' data center: September 19th, 2017
We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance in our St. Louis data center.
It is very important for us to be able to deliver the best service on the most current infrastructure.
In light of this we will shortly be strengthening our network infrastructure in our data center in St. Louis.
The maintenance will involve software upgrades on our core routers at the data center.
Data flow will be temporarily diverted to other routers, which could lead to an increased load.
We do not expect any major connectivity issues for your server. It is possible in some individual cases that the reachability could be affected for a brief time.
We would like to point out, as with all maintenance, that unexpected complications may cause connectivity problems.
The maintenance will be carried out on:
Tuesday, September 19th from midnight until 6AM CDT.
(For our customers outside the United States: CDT= UTC -5)
The continued improvement of our network will ensure that your server continues to be quickly reachable and has enough capacity at all times for our mutual growth.
We thank you for your understanding during this necessary work to improve our network quality.
Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns and our staff will gladly assist you.
