June 14th: Transition to the new versions of the Registry's services/applications

We would like to inform you that on June 14th, 2026 from 08:00 to 14:00 local time (05:00 to 11:00 UTC) the Registry of .gr and .ελ Domain Names' services (REGWEB website, EPP service, WHOIS, www.gr) will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance and the release of new versions of its applications / services, including the following changes:
- Removal of certificate-based client authentication for access to the web application
- Activation of a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanism based on the TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) protocol and the use of one-time passwords for user authentication. The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanism will be applied exclusively to the Registry's web platform (HOSTMASTER application).
- Upgrades and improvements to the Registry's services and applications
