Dear Administrator,
We are writing to inform you that we are making an update to the Early Access apps control in the Google Workspace Admin Console starting June 6, 2024.
We have provided additional details below to help you with this change.
What this means for your organization
Starting June 6, 2024, if an Early Access app becomes an Additional Google Service, the Release preferences for New products in your Google Workspace account will determine if the new service is automatically enabled or disabled.
You can set your Release preferences for new products to either Turned on when released or Turned off when released.
What you need to do
In your Google Workspace account New products setting, consider checking the Releases preferences section for new products. This preference allows you to turn new services on or off automatically when they're added to Google Workspace.
If an Early Access app becomes an Additional Google Service, it will be automatically enabled or disabled based on this preference.
To ensure your users have access to new services, we recommend you set this preference to Turned on when released.
